Alex Szelewski is a personal trainer, running coach, and community leader with over seven years of experience helping individuals build strength, confidence, and a lasting relationship with movement.
As the Area Fitness Manager for Orangetheory Fitness, Alex has spent years coaching, leading, and mentoring fitness professionals, helping both coaches and members reach their full potential.
She is also the founder of Happy Out Run Club, a Long Beach-based running community she has grown and led for over three years, bringing people together through movement, connection, and shared experiences. As a lululemon Run Ambassador in Long Beach, she continues to champion the power of movement and community, creating opportunities for people to connect, challenge themselves, and find joy in the process.
Alex believes great coaching goes beyond prescribing exercises. It's about understanding the person in front of you, meeting them where they are, and helping them recognize just how much they're capable of. Her approach encourages people to try new things, find the fun in the process, and not be afraid to try again when things don't go as planned. She believes in doing the hard things, because more often than not, they're the things that lead to the most meaningful growth.
Above all, Alex hopes to help people build confidence in what their bodies can do and carry that confidence into the rest of their lives.
